1. GARLIC BREAD
Ingredients
Butter-2 tbsp
Garlic crushed-1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper powder-optional
Bread slices
Method
Mix butter,garlic,salt and pepper .
Apply on both the sides of bread.
Keep in microwave oven:
In Grill mode ,keep the grill.
Arrange the applied breads on the grill.
Grill in microhigh for 5 mts.
Turn the bread sides and grill for 4 mts in microhigh.
Variation: in case of feeding kids,we can add cheese with butter garlic mixture for extra richness.
2. VEG PIZZA
Ingredients
Pizza base-4
Pizza cheese(mozarolla)-250 gms
For topping:
Diced onion and capsicum
Sliced babycorn
Cubed tomato(remove seeds)
Mushroom,olive,panner cubes or chicken as per taste.
Tomato sauce or pizza sauce-1/2 cup
Salt and pepper.
Method
For topping,mix all the vegetables and seasoning.
Microwave the chopped vegetables in microhigh for 30 secs.
Preheat the oven on convection mode at 250 c
Spread tomato sauce on each pizza base.
Spread the topping on the pizza bases.
Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of each pizza.
Arrange the prepared pizza on microsafe tawa and keep on high rack.
Bake for 8-10 mts at 250 c.
Cut to pieces and serve with sauce.
For pizza base:
Maida-100 gms
Yeast-1/2 tsp
Salt
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.
Add yeast,salt and required water and make a soft dough.
Keep for an hour closed with wet cloth.
Flat like pizza base,prick with fork.
Bake for 2 mts and keep.
Then apply toppings and bake.
3. CHINESE NOODLES
Boiling:
Noodles-1 cup
Water -4 cups
Salt
Oil-2 tsp
For frying:
Sliced onion(spring onion)-2
Sliced capsicum-1 big
Shredded cabbage-1/2 cup
Shredded carrot-2
Beans-1/4 cup
Chopped garlic-1 tbsp
Oil-2 tsp
Soy sauce-2 tbsp
Tomato chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Ajinomotto-little
Salt
White or black pepper powder for taste
Method
In a big microsafe bowl,add water ,salt and oil.
Keep in microhigh for 8 mts till boiling.
Add noodles and keep in microhigh for 3+3 mts.
Stir inbetween.
When cooked ,strain water and wash under cold water(to avoid sticking)
Keep aside without water.
Can apply little oil on noodles and keep.
In other bowl,add oil and microwave for 30 secs.
Add all the vegetables,little salt and mix .
Keep in microhigh for 4-6 mts.
Stir in between.
Add sauces,vinegar,ajinomotto.stir it.
Add noodles,stir and keep for 1 mt.
Sprinkle spring onion(green stem)and pepper powder.
Serve hot with sauce.
Variation:
Can add babycorn,mushroom,paneer,shredded chicken as per taste.
